WHO WE ARE

Mulholland Consulting is led by Tamsin Mulholland, a speech and language therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in autism and neurodiversity.

Sensory integration trained, Tamsin brings deep expertise in how neurodiverse individuals perceive, process, and engage with the world around them. Her belief is simple yet powerful: within neurodiversity lies a competitive edge — but only if it is understood, appreciated, and harnessed.

This perspective shapes our work with organisations, helping them to see difference not as a challenge to manage - but as a strength to unlock.
